The Evil Eye

Hi.  I just lost my entire blog entry that I just spent an hour writing.  Something happened where the internet stopped working.  The culprit was Avast! anti-virus again.  It made me lose my work.  Dang.  It's a risky business blogging at the cafe.  It's the only place I really like to blog, though.  When I am at home, I have other things going on.
Was it a good blog entry that people would read?  I don't know, probably not.  I can't worry about that now.
     Anyhow,....

All the blog that I lost boiled down to was this, the evil eye.  That is The Eye of Adsense, watching what I do with every blog entry I publish.  They are watching.
Of course I understand that they have rules and regulations that they must abide by.  There are certain legal issues involved with what people post on the web.
This blog is for a general audience, but my 18 and over blog that I have, well, I have to be careful there.  It's set to 18 and over, so I don't know what the problem is.  I should be able to post whatever I want, as long as I am obeying the law.
What are the laws?  Hard to know.
South Park talks about porn stuff, but they can't really show it.  I know they want to.  They get as close as they can.  They have lawyers they constantly consult with about the content of their show concerning what they can and can not do.  I think it is all great, for they are pushing the boundaries.  I love it.
What it means is, if they can get away with certain things, that means I can, too....well, almost.
Adsense and Blogger have their policies, you know.

So let's see... the things I talked about in my lost blog was 3D game makers, The Santa Monica Mountains, CSUN, graphic arts, adsense, blogger, the evil eye, stories, vignettes, events, happenings...all gone down the tube now.  Happens.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter.  I lost my blog entry, big whoop to do.  I performed the act of writing it, so I get some xp for that.  Well, not really, it didn't get recorded.  It's as if it never happened.  Oh well, nothing I can do about it.

Impossible to rewrite what I had lost, and I don't even know if I want to.

So things are going good on Clone Wars, and I'm having fun.

     On youtube, I'm at 205, 894 hits.  Only 95,000 until I hit 300,000.  Woot.
My goal is to reach a million, and then I'll go from there.

Anyway, you know what?  I need to find a job.  Dang, that thing again.  I need to find a way to make money.
Adsense isn't an especially good boss to work for.  The pay is non-existent.
To make money on this blog, I need thousands of hits a day.  I don't know anybody who sits at their computer or portable electronic device and just reads blogs.  Most people are either texting or playing games.  That's what people do, not pore over some blog.

The guy to my left is finally leaving, thank god.  I saw him once at The St. Stoopid Day parade.  He had the right side of his body covered in clothes, and the other half was naked.  There was also a girl doing that.  Really cute on her, not so cute on him.  She wore a half dress, that was adorable.

It sucks that I lost my blog entry.  I was on a roll.

I was trying to tap into the power of mountains today.  I'm not doing too good of a job.

Tonight is our weekly Magic The Gathering session.  I ought to make a new deck, or at least try to organize my cards.  I say that week after week.

My studio is chaos.  I got to do something about that.

Yeah, I have to get a job of some kind.  I don't know what I even want to do at this point.  Well, I know, I'm doing it right now.  Hard to get paid, though, that's the problem.

I'm starting to find that a job is just not going to walk up to me and say, "Here I am!".  I actually have to go out and get one.  Sucks, but that is how it works.

Well, in any case, it is a beautiful day.

My coffee is good.  I like the coffee here.

Dang, I wish my previous blog entry still existed.

Maybe I should publish this one before it gets erased.

Dang, I was on such a roll, too.  Now the world will never know what I wrote.

Basically, it was the same stuff that I always write about, no big deal.  But I wrote it, it came from me, and now it is gone.  Sucks.

     Oh well, happens.

Anyway, the evil eye is everywhere, watching.  Everything we do on the computer is being watched.  Everything.
Of course, they can't look at all of it all at the same time, and why would they want to?  Most people obey the law, they don't care about those people.
Catching criminals is big business in this country.
I'm not a criminal, I'm a visual artist.  Some people might consider that the same thing.  A lot of people don't like artists.  That isn't my problem, though, what people like or don't like.  I have nothing to do with it.

I wonder if anybody will read this entry and try and make sense of it?  Probably not.  I have no readers.  People have lives, you know.

Well, I had better publish this entry before it gets lost, too.
